Donyee Bradley has been in the field, serving the community and families for over 25 years in many capacities. He began as a Case Manager at Father Factor where he assisted fathers in maintaining their vital role in the home. As we know, fathers are instrumental in raising healthy children and ensuring they are productive citizens who contribute to society. This is why Mr. Bradley’s role was essential. He was the example of what a healthy, engaged father looked like and the possible outcomes for children as they grow into adulthood. This role allowed him to transition into the role of Fatherhood Coordinator for Healthy Babies, in which he used his expertise to recruit men, with at least one child, to participate in a program that encouraged them to be involved with their unborn child. The goal was to create that bond with the child that many men miss out on because of strained relationships with the mother, or just not knowing the importance of being there before the baby is born. Mr. Bradley trained these men by attending home visits to ensure the environment was conducive for a baby to grow and thrive.
Mr. Bradley grew into another position with ARCH Training Center in which he worked with families in a different capacity. Here he recruited youth to participate in a program to obtain their GED while learning a trade. It was in this role that he was able to reach and engage youth who may be on a dangerous road. He went into the neighborhood and identified school age youth who were not in school and offered them an opportunity to not only earn an education and trade, but also earn money on a weekly basis.
Over the years, Donyee continued to engage families at many different levels, using his past experiences to make changes in the community. He continues to serve as the Program Manager for Father Factor’s Cure The Street Site of Bellevue. He specializes in managing programs that are geared to the community’s well-being by providing engagement activities and teaching youth how to properly manage their most intimate interpersonal relationships. On Saturday, October 16, 2024 he was ordained and now serves as the Outreach Pastor for Kingdom Life Outreach Center Ministries.
